What We Can Do For You
Escrow is the process of employing an independent agent, called an escrow officer, to manage and coordinate the closing of a real estate transaction.
Escrow protects both the buyer and the seller. It prevents either party from handing anything over prematurely.
At Settlement, you sign all the required documents and submit any monies due.
At Closing, all required paperwork is recorded at the County, the Seller’s loans and liens paid off, and the Seller’s proceeds delivered.
